Its funded projects include The Fountains at Cartersville, Georgia; Partake Collective 001 in Long Beach, California; Uptown at Liberty Park, Florida; and TownePlace Suites by Marriott in North Carolina. Besides equity and debt investments, ALC supports American enterprises by hosting startup accelerators and tech investment forums. Through its sister company, Sunstone Management, the company also ran the Sunstone Innovation Challenge, which awarded $15,000 in seed funding and $35,000 in additional support to winning startups.
